Well, thanks to a friend (and fellow Iwate English teacher) on Twitter, I got my invite into Google Wave today!
I haven't had much time to play with it yet and I'm still trying to figure things out, but I'll try my best to give some of my impressions on it in the near future. In the meantime, if you have any questions about Google Wave, I'll try my best to answer them.
Man, that other English teacher sounds like a really great guy.

I'm actually not sure how to give out invites yet. I'll see if any of my friends want some, and if I have any left, I'll give you one. How can I get a hold of you?
My invite just came in as well (from the same teacher) and I'm starting to play with it...now
